My chosen message and handout for May 2010Visiting Teaching were based in the Pres. Dieter F. Uchtdorf's Talk: "You Are My Hands"., who advices us, as disciples of Jesus Christ, our Master, are called to support and real rather than condemn.
Albert Alcouloumbre, Director of Planning and Social Projects of "TV Globo", visit the headquarters of the Church.
After a invitation of Bonneville Communications and endorsement of Brazil Area Presidency , between April 15 and 18, Albert Alcouloumbre, Director of Planning and Social Projects Central Communication Globo - TV Globo - visited Salt Lake City. Albert has been the contact of the Church in Brazil and who adopted the communication of national spot ( VT )Helping Hands throughout Brazil by 122 subsidiaries of Globo. All the visit was coordinated between Bonneville, Public Affairs and the welcoming of the Church in Salt Lake City.
Linda Kerby, of Kerby Music had a new choral (SATB) arrangement of the hymn/primary song Dare to do Right and she says: "I had a lot of fun writing it. It's simple, fun, but challenging at the same time. Hopefully you'll like it.
Also, we're looking for her new musical for Visiting Teaching which one she wrote a song "We Are Sisters", requested by her Mom.

Heavenly Father had invited William Grant Bangerter for a personal meeting in April 18, 2010.
In the LDS Church, Pres Bangerter became a bishop in Granger and was later the president of the North Jordan Stake of the church. From 1958 to 1963, Pres Bangerter was the President of the Brazilian Mission of the church. After serving in Brazil, he became a Regional Representative of the Twelve. In 1974, he was made the first president of the Portugal Lisboa Mission of the church, and in 1975, he became an Assistant to the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. In 1976, when the position of Assistant to the Twelve was abolished, Pres Bangerter became a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy. He twice served as a member of the Presidency of the Seventy, in 1978 to 1980 and from 1985 to 1989, at which time he was given general authority Emeritus status and released from active duties. He died in April 18, 2010 with 91 years old.
We all, members, friends and son from and of Brazil, who had met him one day, express our sincerely condolences to the family and thanks for all inspiration given . We love you!

For those who will teach "The Love of God", by President Dieter F. Uchtdorf (Ensign Nov 2009, 21-24). Elder David, from Gospel Cougar and BYU had expressed his feelings about that talk and I thought it can be a good help for this class.
