Every year, on the 8th of March, every individual with a thinking mind has reason to contemplate, to reminisce and to celebrate. The International Women's Day is an occasion that has risen to pave a humanitarian road towards a happier world.
Liberty, Equality, Freedom and Justice. This is a celebration of womanhood, on an international scale. Of creation, of sustenance, of peace.
It isn't a gathering of feminists fighting for their rights. Neither is it a day to mourn the oppression women have faced through the ages. It is a day to rejoice and give due credit to the ones who deserve it most. It is a day to speak, express, touch and connect. Celebrating the woman, the phenomenon!
