The LDS Church and Boy Scouts of America commemorated their 100-year-old partnership Tuesday with an event at the LDS Conference Center chronicling the ongoing story of LDS Scouting. President Thomas S. Monson was also honored by the BSA.
The Boy Scouts of America and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints formed a bond in the early 1900s, based on similar values and morals.
